Counting the beat...

In order to give the RFID team a bit more information about how customers are using our libraries, we’d like to do a bit of an ad hoc stat collection on  desk over the next few weeks.

I’ve thrown together a (very, very!) rough stat sheet that will be on the front desks at Goodwood and Unley.

So when you are on your desk shifts and have time, can you please just pop a tally mark next to the type of interaction you had (or observed in some cases). There are lots of blank fields on the flip side so you can add additional categories as you see fit.

Our focus is just to get an idea of where people are going and what they require from staff so that we can get the best possible model and layout for our RFID equipment.
