So life is going to get a lot simpler tag-checking-wise from here on in (yay). Here's the current status report for your enjoyment and action:
UNLEY
- Check for tags on every single Unley Libraries item and put aside any untagged items as per the norm.
- When you have a tagging shift, please tag the Unley items in the trolleys @ the desk first.
- If that is clear you can continue on as per the list on the trolley (there's only CPs, AV and mags left to go).
GOODWOOD
- Check for tags on every single Unley Libraries item and put aside any untagged items as per the norm (except for LOTE - see the next point).
- The majority of collections have been done with the exception of LOTE items. So if LOTE items are returned, please put them in with the 'Other Libraries In-Transit items for tagging'. This is because LOTE items are tagged in exactly the same way as other libraries items in that they need to be done at the PC with the Circ Assistant pad using the SAPLN library code (not the SUL Unley one).
Note: if you have any queries about this please see a Collections team or RFID project team member. - When you have a tagging shift, please tag the Unley items in the trolleys @ the desk first.
- If that is clear you can continue on as per the list on the trolley (there's only CDs, Audio books, BR and a few other tiny areas left to go).
- After that is done you can tag the LOTE/Other Libraries items @ the desk if you are able to access the returns PC without impacting the customer experience.
