...or maybe it's already here since yesterday was Back to the Future day?!?Anyways, when you are helping customers with the current self check machines and they are completely stuck because of the unusually located barcodes on other libraries items, why not let them know that very soon we will have a brand new system that will let them checkout multiple items at once by simply placing them on a flat surface (no specific placement required!)?
I know some of you are already doing this, but we might as well all get on board and start pre-selling our customers on the amazing positive changes that are heading their way.
