Fan-tag-stic!

Just a quick tag update - we have picked speed nicely and we are well into the adult non-fiction at both branches. Goody definitely has the advantage in this round with a much smaller collection, and consequently the ANF tagging is already in the mid-700s there :) Totes terrific tagging, team! (yeah, I do know how cheesy that sounded but wanted to say it anyways...)

You may have also noticed that the more we are tagging our on shelf collections, the less Unley outgoing black box items there are for tagging. Loving this nice symmetry- our retro tagging enthusiasm is having a direct positive effect on our outgoing items.

Applause to everyone who is jumping on in there and using some tagging initiative too for juggling all of the different types of tagging tasks we have on the go at the moment too. I know there's a lot to keep on top of, but when we all pull together towards a common goal like this, then we are pretty awesome. Some great examples I've seen include:

• Using your time after you have completed Lib Admin duties to tag any stockpiled outgoing black box items - both on the Circ Assistants and the Retro trolleys
• The same for once shelving has been completed - tag away!
• Random acts of tagging - contributing to tagging just because you can! <3
• Using quiet customer service moments to tag the stockpiled items of all types - or even tag the shelving trolleys
