| Speaking of Settings...please DON'T ever change the 'MARC Media Format' setting on the Retro Trolleys. This should always be set to 'Lookup'. Lookup means that it automatically checks against the database to see whether it is a book, a DVD, an Audio Book etc... |

| You and your tagging partner will need to do some testing to see what system works best for in terms of setup. Martine and I used two trolleys - one on one side that we put a whole shelf worth of items for tagging on, and one on the other side to place the scanned items on. |

This second trolley was then used as a flat surface to apply the tags. We also put two baskets on the bottom shelf. One to put the tag backing roll rubbish in, and the other to put books that were either shelved out of order, or the retro trolley informed us were Missing or Claims Returned. These were then put through check in after we'd finished.
