Your library service needs YOU!

So we have definitely entered the RFID Go Zone. It's getting real...and Goodwood Library closes for renos in just over THREE weeks. Squeeee!

We should take a second to pat ourselves on the back at how far we have come in the past few months. The Goodwood retro tagging is only a few items from complete and next week the trolley will be rolling its way to Unley Toy Library to start the toy-tag-o-rama. Unley is only a few tiny collection areas from complete as well! There are building plans and furniture orders (how gooooood do those refurbished chairs @ Unley look, just btw?!?) and kiosk testing and configuring and artwork and design and collection moves and decluttering and reordering and intranet-ing and so so so many more things. Go us!

So from here on in it will be all hands on deck (ahoy ahoy). There will be no shortage of training, testing, tidying and generally being RFID-terrific (the 4 Ts?). So pop on your RFID focused googles and let RFID related preparation be your numero uno focus for the next couple of months. This might mean that we miss out on a few non-essential things like going to network meetings or starting not required non-RFID side projects for a short period but blink and it'll be June/July and we'll be back to wanting to take on new challenges.
