When we all work together, when we all do our part and share the load we are a winning team! And who does not want to be part of a winning team?
So the message and my expectation always, (but more so for the next 4 weeks) is quite simple:
- Stay positive - keep your eye on the ball and visualise the end result (which is by the way going to blow you away)
- YOU are crucial for the success of this project - so practice, participate, be present
- Make RFID your priority - learn and empower yourself with knowledge, put less important things on the back-burner for a while
- Encourage each other - everyone in this team has the ability to influence others. So you can choose to motive or de-motivate others through your conversations and actions - I hope you choose wisely!
- Embrace STAR shifts - yes, you will do more shifts in the coming weeks, because it will help you gain confidence, increase your knowledge and make you feel part of the team - grab it and go for it with zest and enthusiasm :-)
I am so looking forward to this next chapter in the Unley Libraries' life. We are part of it, let's enjoy the ride. Hanlie
