Coming to the rescue
You heard it here folks, the long forgotten Goodwood Library after hours bin has made a comeback! It's for a limited time only, due to the fact that the building renovations now require the section by the library entrance (and some of the carparks) to be blocked off.
Luckily the bin had been lurking at a post-apocalyptic-wasteland-area known as the council dump so the Depot guys rescued it, and gave it a bit of restoration including a new lock/key. It has now been installed by the back workroom door and will be open the whole time Goodwood Library is closed for renovations. There are signs directing our users to this location.
Each weekday during the Goodwood Library reno period, a lucky couple of staff members have been rostered to visit this newly returned feature and empty it of its contents. Martine and I will be first cab off the rank tomorrow (Monday) morning and we'll put together some steps on how this super easy process will work and send it out to the relevant parties. Will be a great opportunity to have a sneak peek at how the building works are going too - I'm hoping to see some of the spiral sculpture being demolished!
