Even the toilet block at Unley gets a facelift!

Yes, nothing escapes our attention when we are renovating our libraries!

The old Unley Centenary mural (on the wall for a whopping 10 years!), was recently removed, and left the walls ugly and dirty.  Of course nothing a paint brush and some decals cannot fix ....

So, during our renovations, the toilet block is getting painted.  Don't freak out - we are not painting the walls orange and green :-) In fact, the orange walls will have a beautiful shade of light grey (Maintaintop) and the green walls will have a shade called Silver of Blue. 

The ugly yellow doors and doorframes will be replaced with crisp white, giving that area a much needed lift.

Once painted, we are replacing the previous mural with a 21st Century decal in white:

One of our blue tub chairs and coffee table will provide a short term waiting area to access the accessiblity toilet or for mums waiting for their children.
