I think we can all agree that RFID at Goodwood has been a roaring success.  We have discovered only a few little glitches, and I would like to thank everyone who has used the Issues Log and/or spoken to us about them. 


As with all troubleshooting, the more information we have on the problem, the better. 


If you do come across errors when items are being issued on the kiosks, you will notice that the 'Error' button also says 'Press here'.   How can you resist?


Pressing the button leads you to more information about the error.  Please make a note of this, as well as any other details such as borrower number etc that will help find a resolution to the problem.   Thanks!
