STAR Vision Board

You may notice a sheet of big paper has appeared in the RFID HQ (aka the meeting room upstairs), and this is where we are asking YOU to write or draw some thoughts and ideas of how you see the whole thing coming together after RFID launch.


How do you envision a STAR shift to look like?
What sort of tasks do you think we will be doing?
Is there something you would like to see happen as part of a Star shift?


Some ideas to get your rolling.

Serving our customers.  I'm looking forward to helping our patrons in our new look library.

Exception trolleys (items on the exception trolley will either have a HOLD on it or may be an item that needs to go into transit).  Go team!   We can help our patrons by clearing the exception trolley quickly and help our patrons get their holds easily & effortlessly.

Filling up the display shelves with new, interesting or topical books.

Also if you think of something that will help enhance our customers experience or if you think of something that would be a great STAR task whilst the library is quiet, please put this onto paper.
