Just a reminder that if you come across anything that you are unsure of how to handle while on a STAR shift, please don't pop it aside with a note. Instead grab another staff member - it doesn't have to be a STAR buddy (ring, ring, ring that bell to summon more staff!) - and learn how to deal with it on the spot.
The more we share our knowledge and learn as specific circumstances arise, the more effective and efficient our service will be. Go team!
